Yanaka
Leica M4 with L-Mount 50mm Summar and a great Japanese manufactured lens hood that he bought at a camera shop in Shinjuku.
As always, if you are interested hit up Japan Exposures and see if they can wrangle one up for you. Even though I know the come in a variety of diameters, I can’t remember the maker’s name. However “the hood with all the little holes” should suffice for a description when making an inquiry.
update: I received some email about the function of the holes in the hood. Understandably, since not everyone is familiar with rangefinders:
The holes are indeed aestheticly attractive, but similar to the Leica vented hoods, they allow the photographer to see “through” the hood when it gets into the frame lines in the viewfinder. A solid piece of metal would block the lower right corner.
